Wacky New Blog related to my new improv team: http://stevieraysteamz.blogspot.com/
Fun things:
* Reading a few interesting books:
- The Glorious Deception: The Double Life of William Robinson, aka Chung Ling Soo, the "Marvelous Chinese Conjurer" by Jim Steinmeyer
- Best American Crime Reporting 2007 edited by by Linda Fairstein, Otto Penzler and Thomas H. Cook. (I Have 2006 and 2005, also. Except, it used to be called "Best American Crime Writing". Apparently, there was confusion about whether this made it clear that the stories were published non-fiction. So they changed the name this year. Also, Canadian writers & publications are eligible. Yeah, go figure! I'd love to get 2003 & 2004 editions.)
- Two New Wrestling Observers
- Brand new MAGIC magazine
* Got buried on the Dr. Keith Lipinski Radio Show when Brodie Lee was interviewed and complained that I thought he would be too boring. I still think it's funny that Brodie essentially made his debut by wrestling Colin Olsen's youngest brother (BUGMAN~!).

(Well, technically, Czar & HB2 had an angle at the first awful in-ring additionally. We did see a figure-two leglock.)
Sunday is our wedding anniversary. Alissa & I are hosting a house-warming event, oddly enough at our HOUSE, for our relatives. If you are related to either Alissa or I, please feel free to join us! I've got a fun improv corporate gig somewhere downstate. Or perhaps upstate. I get confused. There is a St. Cloud and St. Peter. I like in St. Paul. Apparently, no St. Mary or St. Puff at this time. Alas~!
I had a stellar time last weekend when I got to see my good friend DAVE POLATO. He was in Minneapolis working on a wacky project at the Walker Arts Center. I took him to a comic book store called "THE SOURCE" where we discovered a book composed of wacky names for every ethnicity. He can known tell you over 100 Mongolian male surnames. Life is good!
Tonight, things will be done. Rocks will be rocked. All will be well! Happy Birthday to all and to all a good night.
